As the Senior Director of Parent Relations and Operations, I bring over 35 years of experience in the early childhood education field, along with a deep well of knowledge, leadership, and heart to my role on the leadership team. My background blends hands-on experience with strategic oversight, allowing me to support both daily operations and long-term program success.

Throughout my career, I have held several leadership positions, including Site Supervisor, Preschool Director, and Senior Subsidy Tuition Field Coordinator. Each role has strengthened my commitment to creating nurturing, high-quality learning environments that support children, families, and educators alike.

What drew me to Lily of the Valley Early Education and Preschool was its strong sense of community, family-first philosophy, and dedication to fostering meaningful, developmentally appropriate experiences for every child. These values closely align with my personal mission and professional approach to early education.

A passionate advocate for early learning, I believe deeply in the lasting impact of the early years. I am also a proud mother of two wonderful children and a grandmother, which further inspires my commitment to supporting families and children during these foundational stages of life.
