Our preschool is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that celebrates different cultures, languages, and perspectives. Through our international collaboration program, we aim to broaden horizons, promote cultural understanding, and prepare children to thrive in an interconnected world.

Here are some key features of our LOVS preschool’s international collaboration program:

1. Cultural Exchange: We believe that exposure to different cultures enriches children's learning experiences. Through our collaboration with international schools and organizations, we facilitate cultural exchanges, where children get the opportunity to learn about customs, traditions, and languages from around the world. We organize special events, celebrations, and interactive activities that promote cross-cultural understanding.
2. Language Learning: In today's globalized world, multilingualism is an invaluable skill. Our international collaboration program incorporates language learning opportunities to expose children to various languages. We may offer language classes, language immersion activities, or even invite native speakers to engage with children in their mother tongue. This exposure helps children develop an appreciation for different languages and encourages them to become lifelong language learners.
3. Virtual Connections: Through technology, we can connect with schools and classrooms in different countries without leaving our premises. Our approach to achieving these goals includes:

Serving a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats in each meal and snack.
Limiting sugary snacks and drinks, and offering healthy alternatives such as fresh fruit, yogurt, and cheese.
Incorporating nutrition education into daily activities, including discussions about healthy eating habits and the benefits of nutritious foods.
Collaborating with parents and caregivers to reinforce healthy eating habits at home and ensure consistency in messaging.

As soon as your child is ready for table food, we serve yummy (and nutritious) meals that they’ll love. We firmly believe attitudes about nutrition and fitness are formed early in life. That is why the LOVS staff participates in the Balanced Menus program, which meets or exceeds USDA standards. During snack and lunch time, children discuss the benefits of eating a Balanced Menu consisting of protein, fruits, vegetables and whole grains. A trained Food Service Teacher prepares meals on campus, and your child eats in the comfort and security of his or her classroom in an unhurried setting. LOVS provides an environment that encourages your child to try new, healthy foods.

At LOVS Preschool, we believe that embracing international collaboration from an early age prepares children to navigate our interconnected world with empathy, respect, and open-mindedness. Through our international collaboration program, we nurture global citizens who appreciate diversity, value cultural differences, and are equipped to contribute positively to a global society.
