Thank you for your interest in Lily of the Valley Early Education & Preschool. We are excited to have our facility open to our Livermore community in the month of July 2023, pending licensing approval from California Community Care Licensing Division.

To pre-register, please return this completed form with a registration fee of $300 per child. The registration feeis non-refundable. This will secure an admission spot for your child in the selected program.

Prior to enrollment, the Center Director will schedule a time for you to tour the facility and meet the teacher of your child’s classroom. You will be given an enrollment package that needs to be completed and submitted before the first day of the school.
