Beth Magill

As Preschool Director, I have over 17 years of experience in early childhood education and a passion for creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children, families, and teachers can thrive. Since beginning my career in 2008, I have served in both teaching and leadership roles, building strong relationships and supporting high-quality early learning programs.

I have experience in behavior management and supporting children with diverse learning needs. I am passionate about mentoring teachers, partnering with families, and fostering an inclusive school community where every child feels valued and successful.

As a mother of four, I understand the importance of strong family partnerships and believe that every child deserves a joyful, safe, and enriching early education. I am committed to ongoing professional growth and excited to lead and serve the Lily of the Valley Early Education & Preschool community.
